Talk Sticker (“we”, “us”, “our”) explains how we handle information when you use our services. This policy applies to our mobile app and the companion web experience.
We use Firebase Authentication with anonymous sign-in so you can use Talk Sticker without a traditional username and password. Firebase may process technical identifiers needed to keep your session secure. See Google’s privacy documentation for Firebase for more detail.
If you choose a profile photo or display name in the app, those values are used locally in your session and for in-app presentation as designed. We do not upload or persist your profile photo URL or display name on our servers as personally identifying account fields.
Chat content is handled to deliver the messaging feature. We do not associate chat data with real-world personal information (such as your legal name, email, or phone number) in our systems beyond what is technically required to operate the service (for example, anonymous user identifiers managed by Firebase).
Talk Sticker includes a feature that lets you block (ban) another user so you do not receive further conversations from them, according to how the feature is implemented in the app and web.
There is no dedicated in-app “report” workflow at this time. If you believe someone is misusing the service, harassing others, or you need to raise a safety or abuse concern, please contact us at idlepoe@gmail.com. Include relevant details (for example, approximate time and the QR or chat context) so we can review your message.
We rely on Google Firebase (and related infrastructure) for hosting, authentication, database, and messaging where applicable. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Talk Sticker after an update means you accept the revised policy.
